Luxury Connector was never drawn up as a pre-shaped plan. It grew organically from my passion to truly get to know people - to listen deeply, to uncover and understand the journeys that shaped them. Relationships, not concepts, have always been the foundation. Relationships that go beyond the surface. The human story and the trust built when that story is truly heard.

The journey began over two decades ago, when I was servicing ultra-high-net-worth individuals

with my first company, a boutique private staffing firm. A trusted client's request to discreetly introduce a buyer for one of their assets revealed the greater value I could bring by connecting my clients with one another. From those first introductions, Luxury Connector was born.

Over time, my clients began entrusting me with requests extending beyond the sales and acquisitions of luxury assets, reaching into lifestyle needs that required broader support. To fully serve them I expanded my reach, building relationships with owners and executives of leading companies across the Luxury Goods & Services Industry - cultivating direct lines of communication and opening doors to unique opportunities.

As these corporate relationships deepened, the industry itself called for guidance - to engage more meaningfully with valued clients and external stakeholders. From this trust and demand, Consultancy and Advisory took shape. Executive Search followed naturally - supported by my background as headhunter and the extent of my relationships across the entire luxury landscape, enabling me to place leaders across sectors.
